ICOFORM maintains a position of the European market leader of the growing spray suppression rain flap production for heavy commercial vehicles, sold under the Clear Pass® brand. The company is also perceived as one of the global leaders manufacturing household entrance mats, related household and industrial goods’ production, sold under the AstroTurf® brand to well-known global customers. The company has achieved its strong market position as a supplier of branded poultry equipment manufacturers in the area of poultry broiler breeder nest pads. ICOFORM's AstroTurf® products also include such demanding surfaces as the artificial ski slopes or F1 ring roadsides. ICOFORM's customer base is stable and well diversified across multiple markets. ICOFORM has global and prestigious customers in automotive (including but not limited to Daimler, Scania, Paccar, Schmitz Cargobull, Krone), as well as household (such as IKEA, Castorama and other) sectors.

ICOFORM is a significant player on the European market of spray suppression flaps intended for commercial vehicles. Our products are sold under highly recognized Clear Pass® brand whereas the objective of applying rain flaps is to absorb kinetic energy of water during adverse weather conditions. Their specially designed surface is aimed to reduce water dispersion while driving. Spray reduction enables to improve visibility on roads and, as a consequence, seriously affects traffic safety. ICOFORM’s products comply with the European legislation and European Standards for spray suppression systems. ICOFORM directly sells its products to OEMs (truck and trailer producers) and aftermarket segment through its distributors.
ICOFORM is one of the European market leaders of plastic entrance mats, which provides its products sold under highly recognizable AstroTurf® brand. Our mats have been designed to clean shoes and keep the dirt outside and looks always clean thanks to its dirt retention concept. ICOFORM directly sells its products to household and DIY chains or through its distributors to independent stores. The portfolio of entrance mats’ products is constantly developed.
Products for the poultry layers & breeders sectors are manufactured in the same CIM technology as company`s core products and are offered to the customers under the AstroTurf® brand. Poultry products are marked with softer and longer fitted blades and holes in the backing to ensure easy washing and maintenance. Good quality of products and flexibility in meeting our customers’ expectations enabled us to gain a significant share in the worldwide market. The company focuses on close cooperation with nest producers providing a full offer of products intended for its final customers – poultry farms or specialized agriculture equipment distributors. ICOFORM's AstroTurf® poultry products are offered by the leading poultry farm OEMs. One of the main market drivers is a growing awareness that better hygienic conditions can reduce risk of unwanted costs connected with the loss of eggs and higher costs of nest cleaning. The company’s poultry business is also supported by the EU legislation (1999/74/EC) enforcing the implementation of artificial surfaces in automated poultry nests.
ICOFORM is continuously developing its new products for the market. New applications of AstroTurf® production CIM technology include:
• artificial surfaces for practising winter sports (ski slopes, snowboarding, tubing, etc.) suitable for all types of weather / off-season (i.e. winter resorts) and permanent installations (i.e. all- year ski resorts),
• heavy duty outdoor grass mating (e.g. artificial grass race track surface designed to reduce vehicle speed out of track) – Novo Tech provides all necessary FIA attests / certificates and benefits,
• pet mats, falconry mats, horse mats and other animal-related products,
• BBQ mats preventing oil and grease stains,
• chair mats preventing floor scratching.
Novo Tech views this business sector as a starting point for entering new high volume/profit market segments in the future.
